Corundum/alumina mullite crucible choose high purity corundum , mullite and other refractory materials as the main substrate. We use casting mold and sintering furnace to achieve production in quantity.The product not only has the high temperature performance of corundum material, but also combines the thermal shock stability of mullite (temperature toughness). It has good resistance to high temperature creep and high mechanical strength at high temperature

Production Process
High-purity corundum and mullite sand → high-purity graphite mold → vacuum charge molding → vacuum arc melting → natural cooling stripping → quartz crucible preliminary testing → cold processing sandblasting, cutting, chamfering → secondary detection → ultra-clean cleaning, ultrasonic , High-pressure spray, automatic drying. Heating baking, spraying → three times → packaging → finished product and storage
Application
It is widely used in high temperature furnace , like magnetic material and electronic ceramic and so on.
